Description

Here is a nice
Tektronix TLA5204
logic analyzer. This has
136
channels that can sample at
2 GHz
and
has
125 ps
( 8 GHz ) MagniVu timing zoom. It also has option
7S
which increases the storage to 2 Mb
per channel at 235 MHz state speed. It's light weight and not very deep making it easy to carry and set
up on a bench or shelf.
It powers up and loads Windows 2000 pro, then the Tektronix logic analyzer application starts up.
It passes it's power up diagnostics and the extended diagnostics run through the system menu.
It also ran the calibrate command.
It includes what I think is a p6434 probe, but it's unmarked. This has 32 channels plus 2 clock channels.
I opened it up to replace the motherboard battery (an CR2032 coin cell), it's very clean inside.
Looks like it was last calibrated 10/17/2014 per a sticker on the back.
It's sold as-is because it's untested beyond the basic checks described.
