Nice early Kenner Suwannee 47 houseboat on 2016 3 axle gooseneck trailer. This trailer is perfect for super lucrative oversize vessel transport business.
My puller truck is listed in separate listing, Its 1981 giant pick up F600 has Detroit with Allison Auto and about 80k Miles
Have flybridge off for transport. The Hobie on trailer under flybridge is NOT included. I believe flybridge could be strapped down on foredeck.
The interior is done in traditional American country style mostly there, but could definitely use cleaning and possibly remodel.
The Detroit diesel in-outboards were removed long before I got it. I was thinking couple outboards on custom bracket that would allow for full out of water tilt or lift.
My favorite part of this houseboat is its enormous upper deck which is begging for California room type enclosure and I've seen few smart lower deck upgrades online with accordion type doors. They could be all closed for huge enclosed rear deck, or stacked forward for plenty open space. This was gonna be my retirement home. Actually got roll on-roll off quote for k from Matson to Honolulu couple years ago. But life happens. My loss is Your gain!
Would consider selling the 2016 trailer alone for 15k and Suwannee for 10k.
Overall, house boat is in decent shape considering her age, and Currently, the trailer has 6 16" Load Range E 16" tires have less than 300 miles on them. I believe the tire weight rating is about 3150lb. each for total trailer capacity about 18000lb. To the best of my recollection, at least 2 axles have electric brakes.
Both have CLEAN California titles in my name. Foreign relocation forces sale.
