This logic analyzer came from an semi-retired engineer who's finally clearing out his excess equipment. It was well cared for and being used when we acquired it, so we expect everything to be working properly. We've performed the self-tests, and the unit passes all of those. It also includes a number of clips, the HP 54620-61601 logic probe, software (sealed), faceplate cover, original user manual and programmers guide!
