    This is a used item - normal wear and tear can be expected. It comes as shown in the picture and with a power cord, nothing else is included. It powers on and perform self-test but no other testing has been done. However, it is Guaranteed against DOA and has 30 day warranty under the terms and conditions stated. Buyer to pay the return cost.
    SHIPPING AND HANDLING
    Buyer to pay {{detail_product_description}}.00 for shipping and handling in the 48 contiguous states. Will not ship to a P.O. Box Number address.
