Product Description
The Pass-Thru socket and GearRatchet ratchet system by GEARWRENCH was designed to improve productivity and access on every job. The GearRatchet ratchets need as little as 5° to move fasteners vs. 30° for standard wrenches and are 40% stronger than standard ratchets by eliminating the drive tang. The ratchets are up to 50% thinner than standard ratchets providing superior access to even the most hard to reach fasteners. The Pass-Thru sockets are a thin wall design. They replace the need for deep well sockets as they loosen and drive nuts on bolts of any length. The pass thru sockets integrate into the GearRatchet handle, reducing overall height and increasing torque strength. The GEARWRENCH adapter allows for the use of standard sockets and drive tools.
The 8925 is a 25 piece SAE/MM 6 point set featuring 9 SAE and 13 metric sockets, One 1/4" adapter, and one 3" adapter.

The Gear Ratchet handle quickly converts to a conventional 1/4-Inch ratchet for standard sockets by using the included adapter. "Pass through" socket system eliminates the need for deep sockets. The Vortex thin wall socket design has the same torque strength as an ordinary socket. Over all height is reduced by as much as 50-Percent, width by 20-Percent. The unique Gear Ratchet drive configuration increases torque strength by as much as 40-Percent and needs as little as 5º or arc. Chrome vanadium steel. Fully hardened. Features fine tooth 5º ratchet handle.
