Description
OLD GROWTH KOA MILLED FROM THE A.M. RANCH REFORESTATION PROJECTAll Koa offered for sale is exclusively sourced from A.M. Ranch as part of our ongoing project to rehabilitate one of Hawaii's prime native Koa forests. You will be purchasing a sustainably grown and milled forest product while helping to preserve a natural resource that exists nowhere else on earth.
The Koa pieces we list for sale on eBay are cut-offs and excess from the finished goods production runs for our KoaWoodRanch retail business. As such, these pieces typically have been surfaced and sanded to a much finer degree than generally encountered when purchasing raw lumber. If you aren't able to find what you're looking for please check out our KoaWoodWorks website for
hundreds of additional options we have available.

We take great efforts to accurately describe and photograph each piece of Koa offered for sale. As a natural wood product, there are always inherent defects that may be present. If you discover any unexpected defects, please contact us and we will do our best to make your purchase good. Please be advised we mill our lumber only to rough specification. Although some of the listing photographs may give a different impression, our wood does often include millwork flaws such as end-grain checking, sawing scars, planing snipe and/or tear-out, woodgrain run-out, sanding marks, hairline cracks, insect bore holes <1mm in diameter, warping/bowing
±1/16"
or other customary milling issues you should expect to address during your dimensioning and final finishing processes.
We do gladly accept returns but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Since shipping costs to and from Hawaii are quite high, we strongly encourage you to review all photographs and listing details carefully and ask any questions prior to bidding.
Shipping:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail service. The USPS Standard Parcel service generally takes 3-6 weeks for delivery and only results in modest savings in postal fees. In our experience, the small cost savings have not been worth the increased delivery times but we can ship via that service if you request it. Whenever possible, we utilize Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes to provide you the lowest possible shipping costs. We are happy to combine multiple purchases into the smallest flat rate box available for the item sizes you've purchased.
If you'd like us to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment, please defer making any payments until all items you are bidding on have closed. We will send you an invoice reflecting all items purchased and the combined shipping total.
