Description
Craftsman USA, 3/8" Drive, 13/16" Standard Socket (READ ITEM DESCRIPTION).Condition is Used.
See my store for all sockets available at this time.
As you can see in my pictures, these sockets show minimal rust and typical wear marks from usage and toolbox storage, but are in overall fantastic condition and function flawlessly. I can tell you from my own personal experience that it takes very minimal effort using bench grinder polishing wheels with a little polishing rouge to rejuvenate these, making them look absolutely pristine and as close to new again as possible!
Each of the sockets are stamped into the metal with their perspective size, their perspective series code, their perspective production sequence number, the words, "Made In U.S.A" and the word, "Craftsman".
These are no apparent previous "owner's marks" observed on these sockets, check my store for additional Craftsman sockets for combined shipping.
16/16" - G1 series code - 44338(production sequence number) 12 point shallow socket - 3/8" drive
These sockets are being sold individually, but I will combine shipping for multiple items.
** NOTE **:
Remember - as of 2010, Craftsman hand tools were no longer stamped, "Forged or Made In USA," due to being outsourced and manufactured in China! I ask the new owner of these metric sockets to truly appreciate their quality, their age, and continue to truly appreciate and take as meticulous care of them as possible. Use them in good health because these metric sockets are being considered more & more as collector’s items with each passing day and their value is only going up, as well!! Don't believe me? The next time you're in Menards, Lowes, and/or Sears... take note of the Craftsman hand tools (ie: wrenches, ratchets, sockets, etc.) being sold in those stores. You will see that every single one has "Made In China" somewhere on the packaging. Simply put - if it has "Made In USA" stamped into the metal of the tool, then you undoubtedly know that it was made back when tools were made with AMERICAN PRIDE right here in the UNITED STATES and more importantly - MADE TO LAST!
