    This is  an old vintage extremely beautiful  maybe bridal Art piece Antique flower black flower   with  leaves and buds French style
    Beaded  Seed crystals  for multipurpose decoration  on hair , cloth,  or hat accessory.  It is old Chinese art beaded  floral decoration all hand done, with a some  trembling buds parts.  Piece is measure about 6" by 4" . Great  old antique condition  no issues
