    Description

    Antique advertising bottle for Doyles 1872 bitters.  This stands 10 inches tall and the base is 2.75 inches square.  The color is very dark and deep brown and it weighs 1 pound, 6 ounces.  As you can see, this bottle does have some damage.  On the bitters panel there is a surface crack and large chip, so it must have suffered a drop before we acquired it.  The chip doesn't appear to go through the entire bottle, surface side only.  Light surface wear on the rest of the bottle as shown, has some pitting on the bottom as shown.  Estate find.
