1989 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge 300

Comfort Zone is for sale "as is where is" and is currently on the hard at Baltimore Boating Center in Essex, MD. Zincs have been replaced and bottom painted this year. Engines were replaced recently but not sure they work. I have no other information available on the boat's condition. I highly recommend the new owner invests in a survey to determine any issues.
The Sea Ray 300 sedan bridge boats are typically used for overnight-cruising, day-cruising and saltwater-fishing. These boats were built with a fiberglass deep-vee. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with propeller pockets and a wide 12-foot beam, the interior accommodations are very spacious for a boat this size. With a midcabin stateroom tucked beneath the dinette, the 300 Sedan Bridge can boast two private staterooms in addition to a roomy salon with a full-size galley. The athwartships double-berth arrangement in the forward stateroom is innovative in its use of space, and the concealed galley is particularly appealing. The head is located aft in the salon, just inside the companionway door, where access from the outside is most convenient. While the cockpit is very small, the extended flybridge is exceptionally large for a boat this size.
