    1951 Baltzer-Jonesport 31. "Patricia Ann" has been lovingly maintained by a retired USCG Chief, due to age he had to move on. West system was applied to the hull by a professional yard. Send a surveyor of your choice to inspect the wood frames etc. Everything is original except the head system and the electronics. Even has a wood stove.
